Finally , the day you have been waiting for! It is now time to order your quality beef from your trusted local source of all natural family farm raised beef!

Your hanging weight price is…….$2.09!

This is 20% less than what you could pay in your local meat market!! How is that for a deal!! Your options are to order a 1/4 beef, 1/2 beef, or a whole. Please see the products and pricing pages for the approximate hanging weights and processor pricing. This deal will not last long! Your beef will go to the processor between June15 and July 15 2018! Please contact us through our contact page or at thequintanaquality@gmail.com . A down payment of $100.00 is needed reserve your beef! A new group of quality beef!

This week saw the addition of 18 new Quality Beef Feeders! As we settled them in their cozy quarters, we keep a watchful eye to make sure all are staying fat and happy! Twice a day checks and making sure the bunk is full for their peak performance and safety. IMG_4013 (2)

Life in the cold!

The cold has gripped our farm for the last two weeks! While we keep the steers bedded and warm our thoughts turn to all the could have beens… We could have had water issues… We could have had equipment failures… We could have had feed freeze ups… We could have had frostbite… ! We are genuinely thankful that the temperatures have risen and all is normal and well!

We look forward to the next post the exciting future shaping before our eyes this year!
