How does pricing work?

Ah, good question! When you bring your Quintana Quality Beef home, you are paying for what you get, no less! Your quality beef is priced to give you the best for your dinner! All our beef is sold on hanging weight which is your quality beef hanging to improve it’s mellow flavor.

• A 1/4 hanging weight is approximately 220 lbs.
• A 1/2 hanging weight is approximately 420-440 lbs.
• A whole hanging weight is approximately 800-850lbs.

Who pays the processing?

• You pay the processor at the time of pick-up. This gives you the best option for customizing your order!

How much does it cost to process the quality beef?

• The cost of processing a 1/4 beef is approximately $150-175.
