How does this work??

We raise your quality beef with absolutely no growth hormones and only the choicest feed precisely delivered to your steer at the right time!

You contact us with your information and the amount of quality beef you wish to purchase!

How much beef will I get for my freezer?

• A 1/4 beef will give you approximately 110lbs of quality beef which will fit in your 3-4 cubic foot freezer!
• A 1/2 beef will give you approximately 210- 220 lbs of quality beef which will fit in your 6-8 cubic foot freezer!
• A whole beef will give you approximately 425-440 lbs of quality beef which will fit in your 16-18 cubic foot freezer!

How much beef do I need for my family?

• A family of 4-6 will use 1/2 of our quality beef each year!

What kind of cuts do I get in my order?

• 25% of your quality beef will be in steaks cut to your specifications.
• 35% of your quality beef will be in roasts and stew meat cut to your specifications.
• 40% of your quality beef will be in ground beef.
• BONUS ! Your quality ground beef can also be made into hot sticks and sausage at a reasonable price!
